"we were very dissapointed that the pool was under construction and therefore closed. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool as we were traveling with kids and they enjoy swimming. I wish we wouldve known about it before and therefore am writing it in the review so others will know to call before to ask. Otherwise the rooms were clean and updated."

Maybe you will happen upon a recital at Peabody, grab a drink at Bloom's or a juice from MoreLife. "A really unusual hotel with great design and full of vibrant color. Easy and reasonable parking right behind the hotel. Quick check-in with a pleasant staff. Wonderful bar and restaurant. My only suggestions are that the lighting is too dim to see to work your door key card and the interior light switches, and we found the breakfast service to be indifferent and our orders incorrect. A mandatory 20% tip might be why. I would definitely stay there again but have breakfast nearby."

"We had a great time at the Tru Hotel! It was newly remodeled building and we were welcomed by a friendly staff. Loved how nice and clean the room and bathroom was. One of the best hotel options in the area for parking. There was street parking after 4pm for free or a public parking lot across the street for $25 through the hotel. Also it was in close walking distance to the Inner Harbor and lots of great restaurants. Such a nice choice for a weekend getaway! We’ll definitely come back. "

"Room fine. Bed good. Had much better breakfasts in Super 8s at a fraction of the cost. Breakfast was at a Ststbucks expensive with an egg croissant that had the consistency of rubber."
