Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. On arrival, the beds were not arranged as chosen, the bed linen had not been changed from the previous guests, and the apartment had clearly not been cleaned. The toilet was filthy, with dirt and splashes on and around the seat. The apartment was not in a habitable condition, and we were unable to sleep there on the first night. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we had to spend part of the next day waiting at the apartment to allow cleaners...

"Great stay! Clean, spacious and convenient hotel in Griffintown. Old Port and downtown are a 20 to 30 minute walk, or one can take the bus - stops are close by. Highly recommended!"

"Room was clean , tight quarters, but all amenities provided, check in was all done online as well as access to hotel room key was digital which was a great feature but we always had to make sure someone had a phone that was charged so we could re-access our room at end of night. Parking was available but off site a few blocks away,"
