"Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...

"The staff were nice and friendly, and it was a comfortable stay. The room had a ironing board, iron and hair dryer. I didn't need to ask as we were going out for the evening and our clothes needed a quick press. I wasn't able to use the other facilities because I didn't take my swimming costume with me. "The location is great 7 min walk from main area in town. Staff were outstanding really went out there way several times to accommodate my needs. Libby in reception is a credit to you company and really was there for anything I asked for or needed assistance with. Haven’t got any issues about staying here again."

"The room didn't have a kettle. Also no plug sockets next to the bed. The room service breakfast that they provided didn't arrive on time and made my day late, the service from the manager was very poor and she was arrogant not worth the money "
