"Lovely hotel that’s right in the middle of the university campus. Friendly and helpful staff. Very well laid out. Nice bar and restaurant - really enjoyed the veal burger for dinner and the cooked breakfast. Room was clean and air conditioned."

Mercure Nottingham Sherwood Hotel
"It was blistering hot during our stay so we were glad we booked a hotel with air-con, yet even set on the lowest setting it didn't appear to be functioning correctly. We are in the restaurant our second night, but most of the menu was unavailable, which you wouldn't expect."

"75 minutes to check in, and the gym consists of 4 pieces of equipment, all of which are broken (bike, cross trainer, treadmill and rower all broken in someway so unusable)"

Derby Mickleover Hotel, BW Signature Collection
"Nice clean rooms and had air-con. Shower pressure abit low. Communal areas including bar and breakfast area was really warm with limited ventilation which was not good for breakfast or relaxing in evening but staff were very good. Overall was okay for cost and more budget."

The Beeches Hotel and Leisure Club
"The Hotel was well located for access to the amenities in West Bridgford and Trent Bridge cricket ground. The room (No. 7) was comfortable but had limited ventilation. Even with the (small) window open, the room was rather hot and stuffy and the provided fan only helped a little. All staff were friendly ..."
