Ghetto or not!
When I told the taxi-driver my hotel name he laughed and said I will live in a ghetto with criminals surrounding and that he had never driven any guests to my hotel before. The hotel wqas not so awful, not good and no english spoken. Breakfast was not served as promised at 7 so I had to leave without ...

Clean and very nice room, very good facilities, very good food and above all, very friendly, smiling and helpful staff in all matters. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers to Nouakchott.
