"An excellent place to stop over for a night on a long road trip. My two teenage sons and I found the beds comfy, the breakfast adequate, the staff kind and helpful, and the area great for food options."

"Booked a king and got a double bed room, ac didn't get cold and owner said deal with it basically. So we didn't stay and went elsewhere, but told Expedia they offered us another room which was a lie they were sold out what we were told, and wasn't able to get any kind of refund for the 2 days."

"It was a high end property (I.e. expensive) but lived up to its price. But the bed was too soft. Also the room temperature was hard to adjust."

"I think this property has a potential to be a three star just by fixing things that are broken like plumbing and air conditioning and grouting. Most important is a more meticulous approach to cleaning the rooms--dusty, sticky, crusty, dingy, and moldy--all not good combinations."

"I found the Wingate Mansfield fine. It wasn’t comfortable, but it wasn’t uncomfortable on the plus side. The staff is very friendly. The property is clean. It looks nice. Our room was quiet. We got a good night sleep. The bathroom great and a good size. We had a bath stool in the bathroom that was literally the best seat in the room. The only seat for me to put on socks & shoes and wait for my roommate to finish getting ready since I didn’t want to climb up on the tall beds or roll over his bed...

"We rented a room for four people and was only given two towels we asked for more and was told that is against hotel policy , house keeping didn't make the beds , sweep the floors and our outlets in the bathroom didn't work we rented a room through the same place last year and everything was excellent I do not know exactly what had happened but this was a terrible experience on our behalf and we will not be booking with them again"
