"Room (#1) was amazing- very large with a sitting area, high ceilings and comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked and parking was easy. There was a personal welcome note with a couple of treats. They even had free icecream sandwiches sticked in the freezer in the common area- who does that?! Breakfast was fine. I can’t think of any negatives- maybe just a note of caution- the toiletries in the bathroom are in glass bottles that can get a little slippery. Yes, I realize how nitpicky that sounds....

"Full breakfast, clean, lovely furnishings. Super convenient to downtown (galleries, restaurants, excellent coffee spot!), historical places and the harbor. Knowledgeable and pleasant owners! Thank you! Our two were challenges were parking (there is a small lot but our rental car was huge so it was a tight) and our third floor room. We had heavy and big suitcases (no elevator!) and room was in former attic with slanted ceilings… hit my head consistently! But highly recommend the Garrison House...
