The apartment was located across the street from the train main station which was very convenient. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square which wasn't bad. "Everything was perfect. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Location is within short walking distance to attractions. Lots of places to eat in the area. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Each day they varied the hot food selection and salads. Room was spacious. Bathroom was spacious. AC/heating is centralized so can't control the temperature within the room. Hot water and water pressure worked. I enjoyed my stay at Portal. "

"We had a brilliant stay at this hotel! The staff were fabulous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome! The room was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. Its location is perfect for a short walk into Krakow. We look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this place anyone visiting Krakow. "

"Hôtel super bien placé chambre lumineuse et agréable avec bouilloire et frigo. Malheureusement voisin un peu bruyant et quelques tâches sur les murs et quelques toiles d'araignée mais sinon nous avons passé un super séjour et c'est en partie grâce à l'hôtel !"
