Plus, when we arrived at 3:30 p.m., the doors were locked. We thought we had to go in a different door because, again, the signage was not helpful. At check-out, no one was to...

"It was clean and convenient."

"Comfortable"

We just had burgers but they were very good and again, wait staff was very friendly. Their is road construction at the bottom of the...

"This was my third time staying at this location. The room was clean, the staff I interacted with were all polite and friendly, the hotel was quiet and the breakfast was filling. I’ve never had a bad stay at this hotel."

"Great stay, accommodated my last minute change. Thanks so much!"

"The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was generous and great tasting. I recommend this property and will stay again when returning to Scranton PA"

The air conditioner was extremely loud in running The room was clean but very small and had pry marks on the outside door jamb, like a lot of pry marks The evening desk person was not the friendliest but the morning one was very sympathetic and offered to give up some IHG points to try and make it right, thank you...

"The staff was extremely helpful. I appreciated the water available in the lobby. The roll-in shower was great."

"The hotel was great, however the overall smell of smoke and breathing in the smoke in the casino was overwhelming!"
