"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet hôtel. L’appartement était vraiment au top : bien aménagé, très propre, avec une cuisine parfaitement équipée et une agréable odeur de propre dès notre arrivée. Un vrai plus pour la clim, qui est assez rare dans les hôtels de la région et très appréciable en été. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. "The hotel is lovely and in a great location. It is situated within easy walking distance of the old town. The hotel underground car park, although a little on the expensive side is a big bonus. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious with good amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rennes."

"The room was very very dusty layers of dust on all services including the air-conditioning a good layer of thick dust. We were trying to try chase a fly out of the room and we were worried about hitting a surface to make a dust cloud needs a deep clean room 106 first time we stayed there it was okay not sure we’d go back after this experience."

"We needed a room for one night, near the airport, with air conditioning. This hotel was the perfect find. It was very safe and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, including offering gluten free bread (if you ask for it). It is also relatively close to driving to downtown Rennes. I highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed in many Ibis hotels. So far this is my favorite."

"Un petit déjeuner à 15€ qui ne remplit pas du tout sa mission. Un prix exorbitant pour un service minimum. Même si l hébergement est propre. Il y a peu de service client et beaucoup de contraintes : doit mettre des surchaussures pour emprunter les escaliers, avec un escalier exigu, le cocktail idéal pour tomber avec une valise. L établissement ne se prête pas du tout au voyage d affaire et le tarif est beaucoup trop élevé pour le service rendu "
