"The first impression was not a good one. We arrived after the 3 o'clock check in time and the woman at the front desk asks my name and then says that my room wasn't cleaned yet. She seemed put out that I had the nerve to check in and expect my room clean. We just said that was fine and asked when it would be ready. She said that she would text us. We were getting two adjoining rooms. She only texted when one of the rooms was ready. The second room was still not ready and she never did text when it was.
The rooms themselves were very nice. They were large, 2 beds, a pull out sofa, along with a desk and chair. The bathrooms were also well-equipped.
There was a complimentary breakfast that consisted of waffles, eggs, bacon, pastries, cereal and yogurts. There was no fruit. The stations were dirty. No one replaced cups, plates, silverware, or food when it was low or completely gone. You would have to go ask for it.
So the rooms were nice and whoever cleaned them did a good job. The other staff just didn't seem to care to do their job and acted like they were inconvenienced to do so."
