"We had a very nice stay at Ellavita Cottages. The room was cozy and Tina and Khalifa are very nice hosts. They are always there when you have a problem and can help you with everything. They also know the place well so any question concerning activites can be answered. The breakfast is also delicious.

We was supposed to stay at Kendwa, but because of a bank fraud (!) we left the original plan, and booked through hotels.com at this place. We are very glad how everything turned out. This location at Nungwi is good. At Kendwa we would be stuck at our resort. Here we had more flexibility on what to do all the time.

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, pool with good upkeep and generally tidy grounds. Can't really complain about anything major. Even if it's not exactly 5-star accommodation they are making a good effort to cater to the needs of westerners. "We honeymoon’ed at My Blue Hotel for 6 days and loved it! The hotel property is beautiful and clean. We chose the half board option, and really enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel. There are also several nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner that are walking distance.
