"Staff at Nouvel Hotel were friendly and helpful! Location close to different metro lines and a 10min walk to centre bell. Also have indoor parking as an option. Room and bathroom was a good size as well. Shower wand was a bit wonky and sprayed water out of the connection part but still usable."

"The lighting in the room was very dim. If a person needs to do some work, there is no table lamp/light. Mattress is not good for a person with severe back problems. AC was making loud noise the whole night. Pretty expensive room rates for very basic facilities."

"The hotel room was smaller than expected but the location was ideal. I was able to walk to the hotel to and from the train station. I only used a train twice in 5 days. Everything was within walking distance. We were able to check out the jazz festival as it was only a block away."
