"Nice place to stay downtown. Building was under renovations when we stayed there so hard to give a honest review, we look forward to staying there again once the renovations are all complete "

"This hotel used to be a crowne plaza and has had a banner put up over the word “crowne” that says ‘armon’. Clearly very much still under renovations, different areas were wrapped in plastic, some was newly renovated some was very outdated (damaged carpet and paint) and in harsh need of repair. Had I realized the state of the hotel I would not have booked. On checkin, I was given a key to a room that stank badly of cigarette smoke. I returned down to the lobby to ask for a non smoking room and was quickly issued another room. The washroom had some hairs in the sink and shower, I noticed handprints on elevator doors and doors as I walked down the hallway, the toilet paper roll in my room was nearly used up and should have been changed out. Bedding was a cover, and a fitted sheet over a mattress pad. The hotel has potential, but I will not be returning for my next stay in Montreal."

"Parking was across the street not on site, electricity went out on our last day and we had to bring out suitcases down 9 flights of stairs with no lights. Pool was nice and breakfast was decent. "

"“Queen bedroom” the bed just fit on the room No mirrors in the bedroom to get ready with Just one a small one above the sink in the washroom Tiny bathroom, no tub No closet No ironing board No dresser, just a small cupboard for clothes Don’t waste your money "

"We were upgraded to 1 bedroom suite which had a living room area with sofa bed plus full kitchen with large fridge, stove and dishwasher. The room was very clean, perfect for a family. The location was perfect for us attending an event at the Bell Center which was a 15 min walk. Old Montreal was a 20 min walk."

"I have never seen a hotel as dirty as this one. I paid for a room, but I was given a different one. The bed was full of hair, and there were orange peels and dust everywhere in the room. The bed is very small and does not look like the pictures at all, just like the hotel itself. We asked to have the sheets changed, but we were told that we could change them ourselves. I find this unacceptable: I am paying for a service, not to clean a dirty room. I had a truly horrible experience at this hotel. I have therefore requested a refund."

"I like that there is a kitchen. The kettle and toaster work and the microwave. Bathroom is fine. The only downside is the parking. Tight space and only few spots. I like the location very convenient."
