"We really liked the location and found that so many of the city’s attractions were within easy walking distance. Being there in mid July meant hot and humid conditions so finding our suite so clean and cool upon returning each day was a real treat. The well equipped kitchen was also a huge help in keeping down our costs even though we found several of the city’s best restaurants just blocks away."

"On the plus side: the location is hard to beat - amazing and energetic neighborhood, lots of food options, not far from the Metro in two directions. Less noisy than we would have expected. On the minus side: We got the sense that the property was recently renovated and not all the bugs have been worked out. We put an unneeded pillow on a shelf in the closet and it promptly collapsed, suggesting no one had ever used it. More importantly, we had no wifi for two days - the hosts tried to provide...

"Save your money and avoid this place. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Canada and internationally. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
I chose this place for the kitchen, laundry, and amenities specifically because I was working remotely in Montreal. But the listing and photos were incredibly misleading.
The apartment was filthy upon arrival: dust everywhere, dirty vents with debris, sticky coffee table, pink mould in the shower, stained walls, dirty towels/linens, broken soap...

"The apartment is very clean and lovely. The digital key system is difficult and inconsistent (app errors out constantly) and hotel isn’t responsive via Expedia messages, creating some stress if trying to get into unit at night. There is no physical check in desk. Communication channel needs to be 24/7 if there’s no staffing on site and key is fully digital."
