"Wonderful! Executive King room really nice and spacious. Breakfast was deluxe and the Executive Lounge a really nice place to relax in the evening. Hotel staff was terrific! Ivan at the desk was top notch for customer service. Super easy to access the "A" line for the Metro which had us downtown to all of the major attractions in 10 minutes. Also, trams and buses were easy to access."

"We really enjoyed out stay at the hotel. Libor who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and used the 20% off voucher we were given during check in. The staff at the restaurant were equally as friendly. The free bread and condiments were a nice extra.
Our rooms were upgraded to the executive rooms. The views were great and the bed was very comfortable. Good selection of teas and coffees were provided and the complementary bottles of water was a nice...

Only thing I would improve is the toiletries since they don’t provide hair conditioner, shower caps and/or body cream and the options for shampoo, shower gel and hand soap seems the safe even though they are marked as different.
