"Overall, it was a great stay for us. The only downside was that it was in the middle of what was once a prosperious business complex, but most of the buildings are now empty, and the hotel was the only thing occupied. Also, when we requested our room to be cleaned, it seemed each time they missed different things (replace coffee, toilet paper, toiletries). However, we didn't mind going downstairs to ask for those items. "

"This is an excellent New England Inn. Rooms are modern and lovely. Much more character than the chain hotels that are in and around Boston.
Business dinner last night at the restaurant was outstanding as was breakfast this morning.
The only negative Travelers should be aware of is there are no desks in most of the rooms. I had no problem using my laptop in the breakfast room."

Upon entering our room we received a phone call asking us if everything was as expected- I don’t think I’ve ever had that level of service at any hotel I’ve stayed at before. It was easy to get around the town nearby and there were so many dinner options to choose from. "Clean, interestingly laid out and TWO pools. (One inside, one out, but no hot tub.) the beds are comfy, rooms and public spaces clean and well kept. Restaurant took a long time seating people at peak hours, but it was a convention, so YMMV."
"I stayed two nights in a very spacious room. My room was on the first floor directly across the hall from cleaning. It could get loud when the cleaning crew was getting ready in that room. Ironically, the cleaning staff did not come to my room during my stay.
