"One staff member was particularly helpful and friendly while another was rude, confrontational, and a terrible listener. The rooms poolside are hot and dry, and some rooms and poorly maintained. I would give this hotel 2 stars but because its so close to great places to eat, Shoppers, the airport, and that ONE customer service agent, its deserving of 3. "

"Hello! Staying here was very comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful! The room did smell a little off but that’s my only complaint. Lovely spot!"

"Parking is good , room was clean but the walls were discoloured the bedding falling apart. I was expecting more from a newer hotel. It was however very clean and quiet. The buffet couldn’t keep up no regular coffee fruit depleted. Overall good selection though."
