"This hotel is a gem. The rooms were clean and included a nice welcome message from the housekeepers. This location is close to the river, other main attractions and all other necessities. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast included many hot and cold options. Last, the pool and whirlpool were perfect temperature, clean and welcoming which was a great addition which my family enjoyed."
"We were new to the area and unsure of what to expect. Beautiful area with cute shops and restaurants. This was a 1 night stop over and I wish we had stayed in the area 1 more day. Great location close to the river.
Found a room with 3 queen beds… amazing especially travelling with 5, 3 of which are teenagers.
Location is starting to show its age. Pool was in rough shape and hot tub was dingy."
"This is an older hotel but was very clean and suited our overnight needs. The room was clean. The only small complaint is that the AC was not on in the room and it was stuffy and humid in there when we first arrived. Once the AC was turned on, it cleared up after a few hours.
The staff we had contact with was very nice.
Breakfast was fairly standard but very clean and the food was hot. Everything was well stocked.
Parking was fine.
The only thing we did not care for was that the back door was not locked up after a certain hour but left open for anyone to walk in all night (we were very near that door). We did not experience any issues at all, tho.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone reveling. We would gladly stay here again."
