"Great location! Walkable to many places: beach, store, dining, zoo & so much more. Clean room and sheets. Staff was friendly, great customer service! Dislikes: Booked an ocean view room, but my balcony faced the hotel that was across the street. Only ocean view was through a small window or sitting sideways on the balcony which still gave only partial view. "EVERY hotel, fancy or not, needs to double their inventory on wash cloths. If our room is not cleaned first thing in the morning, we are always left without wash cloths. That is my only issue."
