"Great location! Walkable to many places: beach, store, dining, zoo & so much more. Clean room and sheets. Staff was friendly, great customer service! Dislikes: Booked an ocean view room, but my balcony faced the hotel that was across the street. Only ocean view was through a small window or sitting sideways on the balcony which still gave only partial view. "great place to stay a bit out dated our tv didnt work, but the staff was great from house keeping to management. Especially Christina the maneger she was very plasent and helpful. We had a problem with the parking, our car was towed unfairly. Christina took care of everything. You dont see that kind of service much anymore. Big thumbs up for the staff....they make that place a vacation. "

"Love our stay the Waikiki Malia! The staff was super friendly. The rooms were really nice. We were there for friend’s wedding so we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room. But it’s in walking distance to all of shops and restaurants in Waikiki. Just be prepared because it’s not on the actual beach area they don’t have a huge pool.
