"The staff was friendly upon check-in. The view from the lobby was impressive but that's about how far our positive impression went. I hate giving negative reviews but this hotel wasn't a pleasant experience. Upon arriving in the room we saw that the previous guest left some Tums on the nightstand which housekeeping failed to notice. We small have children so I'm glad that I noticed it before they did or they could have eaten them mistaking them for candy. The sheets had noticeable stains on...

"Ok close to airport"

"We chose this place for a one night layover for its proximity to the airport and included shuttle service. The rooms are older and tiny, but reasonably clean. Our room faced the parking lot instead of the pool pictured in their listing and the walls are thin so we heard every car coming and going. The microwave was so small that the popcorn we bought at the hotel store wouldn't spin and just burned. Our flight arrived early so we requested early access to our room. While I would expect to pay...

"This review is about a specific room I booked on Expedia. It was on the ground floor, at the end of a hallway. The room itself was fine, probably like all other rooms. However, it only had a small window facing onto the sidewalk and most of that window was covered by a panel masked with what looked like fake green leaves. "Staff was really nice and accommodating."

"Check in and valet were excellent. Room view of the mountains was great."

"What a quaint and “high-end” fancy property!! And the ABC store is to DIE FOR!! Mahalos!!"

"The property was nice. The room would have been better if the little windows in the bathroom that lead to the room were actually shut or closed off, you can hear everything in the bathroom, just saying. The hot water in both water dispensers were not working. The pool area was very nice and access to the beach was close by."

"👍"

"The AC was on the floor in the main room, bedroom was humid and no AC. Otherwise the stay was great!"

"My fiance and I loved our stay! It’s where we first started dating and now newly engaged. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Incredibly views and very close to many different things"

"It was great, felt safe, saved money, near everything shops food the beach."

"Best service and poke in Honolulu. We loved it. Great for families with kids and without kids."

"Room bathroom smelled of a not clean toilet with bidet. Never had enough towels, hand towels, washcloths for everyone in the room. Constantly had to find towels. Room was always about to be cleaned or almost going to be cleaned when we needed the room. I knew about the resort and parking fees, but what a joke! You already have an enormous bill of staying there, but to be slammed with a $120 per day additional charge!!!! And, don’t plan on eating at hotel….. $30-40 for basic hamburger or chicken...
