"The atmosphere was very nice More representative of what the real Hawaii is like. The staff were all very nice. Pool hot tub snorkel gear paddle boards and kayaks were really nice to have available. Comfortable bed Seating not so comfortable but we didn’t spend much time in the room. The room needs some repairs ie door sticks linen closet needs repainting. Overall we had a very nice stay. Thanks for a pleasurable stay"

"Love that it was located by a shopping center with a grocery store and other stores to check out. Room was nice and the pool was needing a deep clean I didn’t swim due to it looking moldy."

"Awesome 10 days at the Hyatt! Staff were pleasant and helpful to get us into our room, nice ocean view high floor. Room was tidy minus the older fact of the property but still maintained very well. Fact the lifts are nightmare cause 40 floors, tons of guests, might take awhile but still awesome amenities on sight and food options. Recommend trying Shor breakfast buffet was excellent and friendly staff.
