"The location was amazing! Steps from the beach and right in the heart of Waikiki. The staff were all really nice and friendly. Our room was really small. It says it slept 4 but it would’ve been unbearable with four people in there, and I don’t know where all the luggage would go. It was fine for 2 adults and our teens in a separate room. Some things seemed a little worn- like paint. Could hear a lot from the hallways, but other guests seemed pretty quiet so it wasn’t a big problem."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning scenery that made the stay even more relaxing. "Great location! Walkable to many places: beach, store, dining, zoo & so much more. Clean room and sheets. Staff was friendly, great customer service! Dislikes: Booked an ocean view room, but my balcony faced the hotel that was across the street. Only ocean view was through a small window or sitting sideways on the balcony which still gave only partial view. "The hotel is in the best location, very close to everything but quietly tucked away so it’s still very relaxing. Our room overlooking the water was superb, coffee and water plus popcorn at the lobby are sweet touches. However, for us, it’s the staff who are the true gems of this hotel. Special shout out to Erica and Khrycel. They are very gracious! Will definitely be back!"

"It reminds me of what Hawaii must have been like in the past. Not for the person who wants glitter and all modern but great for someone who wants something really nice. The ‘swing’ bar is not for me but I had a feast of a sandwich there. Really enjoyed my stay and I will return."
