"My favorite place to stay in Oakbrook! The staff is always wonderful, and the amenities are second and none!!"

"I was impressed. The water pressure worked well in shower and the sink. The room was very clean. I wish there was a valet person available to help park but the employees did allow me to pull up and park very close near the hotel doors which worked out great because we had so much rain. "Room must not be sound proof neighbor sounded like we were in the same room. Hotel staff would not move me to another. Cracks and ceiling and base boards run down.. they have party downstairs Friday night loud and people that were not hotel guest roaming"

"The location was what attracted me. I needed something close to the Drury Lane Theater venue. The hotel was great, rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly. Only warning if you uber to the hotel- there are two with very close names. You want the Oakbrook suites and NOT the oakbrook resort. Both owned by Hilton and caused confusion. I ended up having to take two uber rides because I wasn’t paying attention."

"The hotel is super charming and the room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the very firm mattress. I guess you like it firm or you don't! The staff was very friendly and the onsite restaurants were great. I'd stay again and recommend it to my friends."

One of the light features in the air conditioning would hit the wall and create a persistent noise. If you’re a light sleeper it may wake you up throughout the night. "I travel a lot, for business and pleasure. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The man that checked us in on Friday June 19th at 3pm was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how many keys we needed, did not direct us to the elevators, zero customer service.
