"The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days."

Appearing to he interested also helps. None of that happened for us. We had ants in our room. Let staff know. Basically they said, okay. No offer to relocate, come in and clean, or give a discount. It would take a lot for me to stay here again."

The night front desk staff, her name was Cindy, was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure that I was happy with the room and that everything was clean and in order.
