"I used this hotel for the first time. The building is clean, the staff is polite, but... The outdoor pool was closed for two days because of some maintenance—they should have given information on the website beforehand so everyone knew. Personally, I would have chosen another hotel because I was with kids and they wanted to use the indoor pool. My daughter left her towel, which she had received two days earlier from her coach. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff took this towel with the other...

"I must say the staff was excellent. But the actual hotel it self needs a lot of TLC. I had to move from the room I was in because of a pipe burst. Again the staff was excellent when it came to the move and all but the hotel really needs an upgrade. The sofa beds looked dirty, the tub was cracked and looked like it needed to be replaced, they also said they had a business center but it’s a desk with a computer and it’s out in the open. "Hotel bathroom was not clean, there were used towels in the shower. The bed sheets were stained and the floor had crumbs. A clear sign the rooms had not been cleaned. We reserved 3 rooms for a family trip and all 3 rooms were dirty. I requested clean towels from the front desk and the towels had dirt crusted in the towel. I drove to the Walmart on Wendover and bought towels for our stay. I do not recommend!"

"When you first walk into the hotel, it is very clean and nice. The lady at the front was very rude to me and was not helpful at all. The room I had was dirty. It was cleaned, but had multiple stains on the carpet, stains in the sink and bathtub, the toilet paper fixture was hanging off the wall, and the bathtub had a lot of black mold around it. Very disappointed with the overall look of this property and would not recommend it for any type of long-term stay."

"The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy.
