"No staff contact. They email a code day of reservation check-in to enter door to room. Never saw any employee on site during our stay.
Parking is tight & only available for half of the available rooms. Remaining guest have to park on street in neighborhood. We have a handy cap permit so was lucky it was available to park in.
Room was sufficiently furnished, everything was clean.
The bed was VERY hard not sure what kind of mattress's they have. With my back & hip problems I had a difficult time sleeping. My husband was stiff & achy when he woke.
We would probably stay again if they up grade the mattress’s, when visiting our nephew & family in Colfax."
