"We checked in and the Room was damp, floor boards was raised at the ends from the dampness. No air filtration system in the rooms and felt like I was out of oxygen. We immediately asked reception to move us and they change our room to another room exactly the same so we decided to cancel our reservation and try and find another place. We found a room at residence inn at Wallnut creek and room was decent."

"Seen a roach the first day of my day also seen various individuals that appear to be engaged in prostitution. It is a gated area on one side that you park on the other side is not gated , may be suitable for one night stay but probably not suitable for families. Also, the staff varied in which some were friendly others were not so friendly."

"Was surprised by nightly parking fee; cleaning products made the room smell terrible; TV didn't work right; we thought breakfast was included, and the price was ridiculous for what we got. Will NOT stay here again, or recommend to anyone."

"Breakfast was fine. Nothing special. They shouldn't advertise "full breakfast" they should say continental or something. Ice machine was broken. Had to go the the office to find out the only one working was up the stairs to the 2nd floor. I liked the fact there were bright lights in parking area but the drapes were not quite long enough to keep the light out of the room. Just a few other little things. "
