"I brought my granddaughter and a friend for 3 nites, both 12 years old! ! They had a great time! I felt very safe letting g them do the wand experience without my supervision! They had a blast! I so purchased a package for $399, think , that included endless sodas in 2 special cup, endless popcorn, 2 cups of candy, the Minager experience for2, and $100 food credit… can’t remember what else, but anyway they did IT ALL, and had a blast! They loved the water slides, wave pool, and hot tubs! We reserved a table by the Wave pool for 1 day, which included a large pizza…PERFECT! You guys have this really dialed in! Well worth what I spent! Thanks so much! Btw, we did have one little hiccup… my grandie’s guest’s mom had a new barhing suit to be sent to her on Saturday! We went to the registration who told us 3 different times that it had not arrived!. We finally showed the manager at registration the email from Amazon that it had been delivered! Finally the manager at the time, Jay, I think, looked at the email from Amazon, and went to investigate himself! He found the missing package, Wahoo!!! Then about 20 minutes later I received a very kind text from him apologizing and he offered to boat for our breakfast the next morning! WOW! Well done GWL!! "
"PLEASE USE FITTED SHEETS
They do not use fitted sheets on the bottom but instead a flat sheet that is not big enough to fully tuck in. That ruins sleep when bedding bunches up.
Broken TV as well. Not a good stay. "

6/10 Okay
"Staff was amazing, room was okay, HVAC system is obnoxious, no way to just have a fan on, it’s either pumping heat/ac or shutting off at temp. Renovations are occurring which is fine. But the hotel is severely in need of more than a renovation of a few areas. Frye"
"The property must be undergoing renovation. The Portico has been removed and there was caution tape where the pillars were. The front office and breakfast area looked brand new. The room was adequate but the mattress had seen better days. You could feel the inner springs. The HVAC system looked new. It was quiet and did a great job keeping the room warm. Everything else in the room was clean and hospitable. Given the chance I would stay here again."
