"Property was spotless and room was above average we enjoyed our stay "

"Our entire stay was decent but the experience could have been better. We came in late Thursday night and when we woke up Friday to get our day started we couldn’t take showers. The water was cut off in the hotel and the staff didn’t notify the guest of anything until we called down to front desk. They stated it would take an hour before turning the water back on but then we found out later on that the water wouldn’t be back on until Friday night. We have events to go to and hand to bathe in cold...

" My room was not cleaned properly. As soon as I arrived and went to use the bathroom, I found dried urine on the toilet seat. I didn’t report it to the front desk — I just went out, bought cleaning supplies, and cleaned the room myself. This is unacceptable for any hotel. I will not be staying here again. If you choose to stay, be prepared to clean the room on your own. The housekeeping staff appears to be doing the bare minimum and collecting a paycheck for work that is not being done. "

"Washbasin was kept at one foot height than normal height. No trash bin kept in the room.one of the bedsheets had several holes.shampoo was missing. "

"The location of the property is ideal—steps from a coffee shop and dining and shopping options and a few blocks from tourist destinations. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. The outdoor courtyard was a pleasant, relaxing alternative to the bustling streets. I would have liked more information on the parking options ahead of time, but it all worked out (we opted to keep our car at the sister property). Would undoubtedly stay at French Market Inn...

"Our stay at the Terrell House was wonderful. Michelle and the staff made sure our arrival went smoothly and explained everything we needed to know. You're pretty close to great restaurants and shops (about a half mile - walk or Uber). They recommended Gris Gris and it was great - we ate their twice in 3 days. Finally, the breakfasts were superb. When we come back to New Orleans, we'll stay here again."
