"The room was clean, but the let out couch was dated and looked dusty. The staff at front desk, dining area(Sundays Staff), and the staff cleaning the rooms were friendly, however, the staff who freshened up room 416 Saturday July 11th did not do good of tidying it up. She put fresh towels in and half-way made the two beds no vaccum, and no sweeping. Breakfast was normal nothing that stands out, parking was great. "The breakfast was a big letdown. Pancake maker was broken, apple juice was watered down. Just oatmeal, bagels, cereal, toast, and hard boiled eggs. No bacon, scrambled eggs, or sausages. Coffee was decent."

"Exceeded our expectations for an overnight stay. Immaculately clean room, great breakfast with lots of options. Only hiccup was they strictly adhere to check-in time, we arrived early and had to wait, but free coffee was available so it was no big deal!"

"The staff were very nice but the rooms are honestly just gross. The blinds had holes all over them looking like they had been eaten through by something and the amount of hair all over the floors and towels that was not mine was crazy. Wouldn’t stay there again."

"Aurora Inn is a very historic hotel in the heart of Cleveland. We loved staying here when visiting family in the area. There's a beautiful Tavern with outdoor deck. We loved having the indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor deck chairs to relax. I'd recommend staying here an using the Expedia site to book. I saved over $100/night using Expedia site."

"It was a really nice hotel and the staff was really kind, especially to my young son. The AC didn’t work that great in my room and it was so humid! But other than that it was a nice spot and I probably would stay again"

"Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me."

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"The hotel was clean however the housekeeping never came to clean room during my 2 night stay. After coming back after business after dinner was too tired to have it serviced. Additionally I booked since the spa and pool but not in service the entire stay. I reported this upon checkout and was only told sorry. It would’ve been better business to at least provide some sort of comp for the issues. Also coffee was out on second day at front where guests scrambling to get bar to refill it. The hotel...
