"Sehr freundliches Personal. Preis/Leistung ist TOP. Ganz tolles Frühstück: frisch und sauber, immer aufgefüllt, für Kids eine Pancake-Maschine, leckerer Kaffee. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher. Ausreichend Steckdosen und USB Anschlüsse für Ladegeräte. Gute Schallisolierung. Man hört durch Fenster und Wände nichts."

"The hotel was immaculate. I paid extra for the breakfast buffet when I checked in since there was nothing around the hotel, but a park, but the breakfast was worth it. There were 2 things I wasn’t happy with. The first, their ‘airport shuttle’ doesn’t actually pick up at the airport, it picks up nextdoor at the medical clinic (not that close when my baggage claim was on the opposite side of the airport). And, it doesn’t drop off AT the hotel. It dropped me off 200 meters away. Not good when you...

"Limited food offerings because they had run out because of bank holiday. Even breakfast was missing items which we were mislead about on sign-in"

"Location is perfect if you want to take a one night break before renting a car and driving into the city or further out. No bathroom amenities at all (toothbrush, shower caps etc) but soap, shampoo etc available. No bedroom slippers too but thankfully I had brought my own. Not entirely sure why but it was so warm in the room despite us lowering the ac to the lowest and fan to the max speed."

"Frühstück war super - Lüftung in Dusche und WC eher dürftig bis nicht vorhanden. Pool war das Wochenende über gesperrt. Check-In Terminals defekt bzw. ausgeschaltet. Zimmer war nicht gründlich gereinigt - Kronkorken lagen auf dem Boden. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt für den Preis und Anspruch der Marke eher am unteren Ende der Erwartung."

"Our room at Staycity aparthotels was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have enough cutlery, bowls, plates, and cups for four people in our room which we booked for four people, because it was lacking. Other than that, no complaints. It's also very close to the airport in a nice area of the city. A convenience store and a few nice restaurants are close by."
