"Firstly, what you need to know about this hotel is that it is right in the middle of the late-night party scene in Munich with loud noise going on till the early hours of the morning. However, the worst aspect of our stay was the fact that the AC did not work or, more likely, was restrained as there is not enough capacity for the building. The first 2 nights it was unbearably hot in the room with just a trickle of cool air coming out of the AC. You HAVE to open the windows or you will boil and...

"Great quiet location at the end of a U and S Bahn line. The convenience to the train, bakery, grocery store, and drug store were wonderful for our week+ stay. The breakfast was a little high priced for what it offered, but it was good. The themed social rooms on each floor was a fun touch, though some were missing items in them. We would come back here again if we come back to Munich."
