Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, always with a gracious smile. "Perfect location right next to the ski train going to Kleine Scheidegg and a cable car going to Mannlichen. Amazing spa with warm sea water pool fuul of water jet massage spots, hamam, sauna, dipping pools, and an ice water plunge bucket. Breakfast choices are a bit repetitive, but plentiful. "
