Just lovely staff and a great setting. I appreciated the room service, the pool and sauna, and the views. It would be great to have some vending machines in several places and body wash provided in the bathrooms. Having coffee or tea in the lobby would also be an excellent addition.

we love the amenities and property as a whole, the times we've needed staff however, they extremely removed, customer service seems so foreign to them, no warmth or confidence in the service, lack luster people experience and they don't answer the front desk phone, it took 5 cycles through the phone ...
