"The property was amazing.. problem was the resort was inundated with a large number of babies, infants, toddler s and adolescents. It was like visiting a daycare center.. kids in pool with diapers, dogs running around off leach and kids jumping in spa like it was a pool.., parents were feckless!"

"Hotel manager James contacted me after check in to tell me the rate Expedia charged for my room was excessive and I should have Expedia call him so he could get me a lower rate. I called Expedia and they as n hold while they spoke to Hames. Expedia told James that Hilton was in control of the rate and then told me that James would call me and would provide an adjusted rate. I called James and went to see James at the front desk. In both instances James then refused to give me the going rate....

"The building and room were excellent. I parked off street and was steps from my room. I ordered a pizza and the delivery was smooth! The bed was amazing and I loved the sheets! The bathroom is upgraded and nicely done. I had an appointment early and the Villa is centrally located in San Clemente and the traffic was good too! I enjoyed my stay and will return! Christy B"

"We walked from train station and did not have an automobile at the site. Yet--we were charged for valet parking of a vehicle---$55 despite telling the desk that we did not have a vehicle and did not need valet parking. Please correct this error. "

To my surprise, they had a room ready when we arrived around 12:30 PM, which was greatly appreciated after our drive. "This hotel was in a decent location, but unfortunately, there’s no access to the beach directly across the street. You have to go over this ridiculously huge bridge in order to get to the beach, which is a very rocky beach so we just drove to Laguna each day. One thing I was very disappointed in was the fact I specifically decided to book this place so I can relax in the hot tub and look at the ocean. The view from the hot tub is good. However, the hot tub did not have any jets flowing...

"Very clean, comfortable room, nice breakfast. Very conveniently located near town and right off highway. Laundry area was sufficient but only 2 washers/dryers in place. Parking was convenient however spaces were extremely narrow/tight. I'd definitely recommend this hotel."
