"The room was adequate, but was not the room that we had booked. We had to go to the front desk to request sheet and a blanket for the second comforter on it probably would not stay again."

"Don't stay here. Maintenance on suite locks is not a priority. We were unable to enter suite due to lock issue so they moved us to a noisy unit with a view of the highway and no black out curtains. Next day the lock battery on 2nd unit died. Had to contact support again and wait over an hour for Maintenance man to fix after 10pm. Pool had tons of debris all 4 days- no food or bar here.. They never offered any compensation only apologies."

"This is our second time booking this hotel and it was a great spot, however, when we took off the sheets there was a disgusting stain, no idea what it was but we did not like the fact we slept on something that should've been replaced. Some minor hardware issues with the bathroom door and TV being obnoxiously slow, took a few minutes just to get to a certain app while it lagged badly. Compared to last year, this room had significantly limited towels and wash cloths. Couldn't find the indoor...

"Jacuzzi was not clean and smelled like fish according to other residents ( I did not use the jacuzzi). Also, property does not have ice machines in hallways. Everything else in the room and property worked well and was clean, quiet,etc. A/C in room was great."
