"The staff and location were excellent. The lounge was closed for the duration of my stay which was disappointing but the hotel is nice. The rooms are small but updated and it’s a nice and quiet area in shinjuku in walking distance to a variety of stations."

"Das Hotel ist wirklich hervorragend - außerordentlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, saubere und schöne Zimmer mit guter Zimmerausstattung, tolle Lage (Läden, Gyoen Park, Bahnhof Shinjuku, U-Bahn Stationen… ) sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich war rundum zufrieden und habe nichts zu bemängeln."

"We stayed at the other location in Shimokitazawa last time we visited, and although the Shinjuku location is nice it is definitely a step below. The onsen was very busy, and a lot of people who seemed less likely to follow the onsen "rules" (brining phones inside, not washing before entering pool, etc). The elevators are very slow, and I found the room layout not very functional (we've stayed in small rooms before, this one was small and felt like the choices prioritized "design" or looking good...
