"The room was a little small for us but we managed being that hallway was long. Bathroom is small but it was okay. Other than that breakfast is GREAT! Help yourself to face and body necessities. Convenience store (Lawson) in hote with great food options and if you're a smoker they have a smoking room in hotel. Train station is about a five minute walk. Location is good with food options outside of hotel and to walk around."

"The hotel had an odd layout and the room was small, which is expected for Tokyo, but it felt a bit tighter than anticipated. There was also very limited bathroom counter space, which made it less convenient for getting ready. The lobby was almost always busy and a bit chaotic. It does get the job done for a short stay, but overall it wasn’t my favorite and I probably wouldn’t choose it again."

"This place was perfectly located for traveling around tokyo and getting to the subway system or honestly just walking about. The staff were extremely helpful in shipping my luggage straight to the airbnb I was going to in kyoto the next day after my stay, it arrived exactly when they said it would for in person delivery. The staffs english was very good and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this place, i was a solo traveler so i am not sure about their multiple bed rooms, i rented...

"Great hotel and convenient location in Shinjuku. We were able to take advantage of the nearby train stations to get to other parts of Tokyo like Shibuya, Akihabara, etc. We had a smaller room that had a bunk bed style for our family of 3. It was definitely a tight squeeze but we made it work."

"The location of the hotel is in the center of Tokyo where it is a short walk or subway ride to all the famous tourist spots. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great! I don't know if this is normal in Japan, but as an American, I really appreciated the free toothbrush and toothpaste! It's the little things!
