"Hotel staff were phenomenal in looking after us. Hotel was very clean and quiet. There is a train stop right next to the hotel so it is convenient to get to many parts of Tokyo."

"Absolutely the most convenient location in Tokyo, Sunroute Shinjuku is located right next to exit A1, which provides access to the Oedo line subway. It is also near Blue Bottle coffee and Takashimaya department store, this location has everything - food, shopping, access to the rest of Tokyo, even a fun vinyl bar (Spincoaster Music Bar). "

"It was a great location and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the air condition worked well. It was an easy walk to the train station and lots of good restaurants nearby. While the room was as expected a little small, there was plenty of room for our luggage And then being able to move around. Would highly recommend this hotel. We did not use any of the amenities like spa or restaurant so I can’t speak to those."

"The hotel is really nice but the area around it is not! It’s night club areas that we didn’t know it was… and every other night there’s drunk lying on the street! And in some areas, the garbage are dumped high on the street!!"
"If you want to feel like royalty, stay here. The hotel staff immediately greets you at check in and seats you to walk you through the check in process. The Bell attendant escorted us to the room and explained all the amenities. I wish I had more time to stay and take in the restaurants but I did try the room service which was beyond delicious and well priced. There’s also a nice garden attached to the hotel which was an added perk. Absolutely an amazing hotel. "
