"Our room was clean and modern. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Best was the exceptional service by all the staff members we interacted with. Location next to the train station. Lastly, breakfast was good. I would recommend staying here."

"Excellent hotel in quiet neighborhood near Shinjuku station. Station was just a short walk. Many great restaurants. We had 2 adjoining rooms for 4 people. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was awesome - favorite part was the heated toilet seat. Great service as well. Would definitely stay again"

"O quarto é pequeno, mas dentro do esperado para Tokyo. É bem localizado, com comércio, restaurantes, konbinis perto. Tem uma estação de metrô a 5 minutos a pé, ma a de Shinjuku mesmo fica a uns 15 min de distância pelo menos. Os funcionários foram todos educados, mas não houve nenhum tipo de flexibilidade para check-in mais cedo ou check-out mais tarde. Pedimos 15 minutos pra finalizar as malas e disseram que seria cobrara uma taxa. Pudemos deixar as malas para passear após o check-out mas elas...

"We had a great experience, front desk (bell captain) was extremely helpful to carry our luggages to our taxi. Room was clean and AC control was fantastic. Hotel location is convenient as well. Will choose this hotel again definitely."

"The hotel was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We were traveling with four teenage boys and ourselves. If you have the option to purchase the buffet breakfast, absolutely do it! The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. The rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the property was outstanding! The location was off the beaten path, but right by the train station which allowed easy access to all the areas of Tokyo. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but manageable."
