"This is a very welcoming hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms are spacious and the views from the higher floors are superb. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms feel luxurious. Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. As with many hotels, lighting is 'moody' rather than practical but this is a small gripe."

"Great location and hotel was nice. There was construction going on the 2nd floor so every time you were on the elevator going up or down it stopped at the 2nd floor. Annoying but oh well. But during the day it was loud in the lobby and breakfast was held in a conference room and you had to wait to get in. That was a bit crazy. Just bad timing i guess but it was still annoying to deal with."

"朝食は美味しく頂けました。 家族４人で伺いました。 システムが子供２人で大人１人とカウントされたのは残念でした。 ホテル内の案内が客室に無くテレビのホテル案内でも必要な情報が確認できなかったです。 ビジネスホテルの方が案内なども充実していると感じました。 エレベーターのボタンがはげていました。 小さい事ですが直接触るところの劣化に気づく事が大事だと思います。 立派なホテルなのにそんな小さな事で…と思うのかおもてなしの心を再度考えるかは分かりませんが…"

"A hotel is located in a quieter yet walkable location, near the park. The train station is 3 min walk. The beds are very comfortable. Great value. Be aware that it’s next to a stadium although we couldn’t hear anything despite a baseball match going on."

"Perfect. Was so pleased to be at Nishi Shinzuku, and not at Shinzuku itself. Nishi Shinzuku is very quiet and lots of restaurants, offering under £8 pp meal nearby. 7 eleven a plus for the ice cream etc..laundry room. Breakfast very good. Highly recommended "

"Clean comfortable hotel with a cool vibe. Amazing views from the rooms and lobby. Only drawback is that it is located in Shinjuku, a very busy district. Though some might enjoy that. Some good shopping and restaurants in the area."

"Great location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, yet just a short walk to the heart of the city. The onsen was amazing; there’s nothing better than relaxing in it after walking 20,000+ steps each day. The staff were incredibly friendly and patiently helped with all of my many questions. Worth every cent"
