"The breakfast and the staff just amazes me"

"For what I paid very disappointing, although I imagine that its nicer when its not under renovation. I overall do regret staying during my short stay in Tokyo. I had a suite on the 15th floor, and I'll say the spaces looked much bigger in pictures. However the view was excellent and the outdoor tub was also awesome. Great views at night. My room wasn't available for check-in till 3, when it was clear no one had stayed in it for a while. It was nice-ish but had quite a few stains and things...

"As a family with young children this was a great hotel. Breakfast and the little store and laundry and a shuttle close proximity to so many things was just a lifesaver."

"Le déjeuner n’est pas du tout ce qu’on pense ça ne sert à rien de prendre sachant que le 7/11 est à 2 min à pied. La salle de bain de notre chambre horrible la baignoire était toute décollée du murs ce n’était absolument pas propre. Ensuite les rideaux n’en parlons pas, il y avait plein de tache blanche dessus et il était cassé. "There was a great happy hour provided was very welcoming and awesome lobby. Breakfast was so cute and was a nice jump start for everyone to meet up before the day adventurers. Great area with lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was helpful. First time in Tokyo. Rooms were small but adequate. For Tokyo prices I thought we got a great deal for the amenities My family had a great time. Will definitely stay again."
