"It was not the first time that I stayed at this hotel, and I stayed at this property since it was first opened. A super convenient place for transit and everything at the hotel works properly. The staffs are very friendly and some of them actually recognize me as I was checking in. If you want to have a breakfast, I highly recommend you pay for it at the time of booking. Otherwise, it would be 3200 Yen!!! Or, you also can go to the upper floor where there are restaurants that you may find...

"Clean room with service provided each day if desired. Great laundry facility, and extras provided by the hotel if you forget anything. Location was near train station and close to lots of restaurants and shopping as well as siteseeing locations. Staff were great and helpful!"

Rooms were tiny but functional, if you don’t mind living out of your suitcase since there is very limited room to hang only 5 items or so total and no dresser. Biggest issue is we had multiple things disappear from our room, that they could never find any of them and the $100 they did locate after we checked out they refused to return unless we came all the way back to Japan to claim it.
