"Had a great stay here - friendly staff, room cleaning/fresh towels every 3 days or requestable by putting the supplied magnet on the door. Firm mattresses, clean room, good water pressure. Breakfast was great. Easy check out. Check in 3pm unless you download the app and join the Sotetsu Hotels loyalty programme (free) and then you can check in at 2pm. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Property including rooms are very clean, rooms were on the smaller side though and so was the bathroom. Great amenities, convenient to have laundry and baggage storage facility in the hotel. Property has 2 convenience stores that are absolute life savers."

"Great place to stay if you prefer to be out of the chaos of central Tokyo. Lovely leafy surrounds and anywhere you need to go is a 20-25 minute trip of combined train/walk. There’s a lovely bakery downstairs in the foyer if you don’t get breakfast included, but the breakfast is well worth it. Huge selection of western and Japanese options that’s all extremely fresh and well prepared for a buffet style. "The hotel is very nice and traditional Japanese. The staff is very nice and helpful. The Onsen is great. The onsite restaurant is wonderful and probably the best meals I had in Tokyo. It is also walking distance ~15 min from the center of Shinjuku. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"Room was tiny but OK. View out the window this time was poor but not as bad as a previous room which looked directly into the blank wall of a neighboring building. Breakfast is very good but I wish it opened 30 minutes earlier. I come for business (university) several times a year and I would like to start earlier."
