"Loved everything about our stay!"

"Clean room "

"Just up the street from Diver mall and the giant unicorn gundam. The hotel is well maintained and the frontdesk staff is super nice and friendly. They have a Lawsons on the second floor and a Thai resturant on the ground floor. They have another reaturant for breakfast but we slept in. Our washer/dryer in the room got stuck and we were unable to wash all we wanted to. They have two very large booths full of different types of amenities, face masks and other bath and beauty products."

"Ac was the same as it was across all of Japan. It wasnt cold but it wasnt hot. They had a dyson bladless fan in the room if you needed air movement. My last day i reserved a cab and the staff at the front desk was very helpful in informing me that i could check out and wait for my cab in the lobby so that i wouldnt miss the cab driver when he came to check with the front desk for my availability. Over all this is a fantastic hotel also you can get all the way to shinjuku train station...

"This hotel embodied Japanese hospitality to a tee. The staff are just wonderful, I wish we could take them home!! Room was very comfortable- best beds we’ve slept on the entire trip. We had an earthquake during our stay and the staff were professional and very well rehearsed. Buffet breakfast was good too. Can’t recommend high enough!"

"First, the good stuff: the hotel was visually appealing and the room served its purpose as a place to sleep. The laundry room was well equipped with two each of a washing machine and drier, a water cooler, ice machine, microwave and a vending machine. The shower was decent. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. Now the bad: the standard rooms are tiny. We travelled as a couple with luggage (a suitcase and a backpack each) and once we were settled in the room, we were having to climb...

"We had to get new keys every single time we left the hotel, every day. It was very frustrating being there for a week. The staff wasn't particularly friendly about it. Always asking for the reservation as if we hadn't booked the room. "

"We had a wonderful time at the Keio Plaza. The staff are amazing and helped us navigate through a trip delay. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice. Our room was great, spacious and full of amenities. We have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend the Keio Plaza!"
