"個人的にホテルに戻る際に怪我をしてしまい、深夜だったこともあり、患部を冷やしたり、近隣病院の情報をいただいたりして大変お世話になりありがとうございました。 ただ、部屋のバスルームの換気扇が作動してなかったのは残念でした。"

"Best first hotel we could’ve stayed at, visiting Japan for the first time. We were a group of 7. We caught the airport limousine bus from Narita airport direct to Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel which is a short 5 minute walk to Double Tree, easily done with a carry on and checked luggage. "Loved the experience staying"

"Great location close to train stations and a short walk from Shinagawa station."

"Everything in the hotel was perfect"

"Room is clean . Hotel is easy access to Tokyo station"

"Amazing property. Breakfast was amazing and everything was so fresh. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small but perfectly cleaned with a nice balcony. The balcony helped to make it feel less crowded"

The room was small and the walls were quite badly marked with various yellowish/brownish stains - I did report this to the hotel staff who responded very quickly to clean off many of these marks. But housekeeping felt quite limited e.g. during a 9-day stay, I don’t think my room was vacuumed and used teacups were not cleaned/replaced. The hotel did generally smell of...
