"We arrived late at night due to our late flight. Checking in thru the machine was easy, but the problem was we were assigned a room but no door lock code was given. We called the after hours contact number and he was not able to help us with providing a door code. We had to drive 25mins to another B&B hotel to get a room to stay for the night. I feel bad for the other 2 groups who has the same problem as I but they could not leave the hotel due to their early flight in the morning."

"Zuerst wurde ich per Nachricht darüber informiert, dass die Rezeption schon früher als angegeben nicht besetzt ist, das war kein Problem da es einen Schlüsselkasten gibt. Im Zimmer angekommen wurde ich von der Wärme überrascht, die Heizungen waren jedoch aus. Ich wollte auch schon direkt schlafen gehen, wegen der Wärme machte ich erstmal die Fenster los und dann hörte ich wie draußen im Hinterhof ständig ein lauter Lüfter lief, dieser ging nach ca. 5 Minuten mit einem Ausströmgeräusch aus für...
