"The staff member at the front desk at breakfast was very helpful."

"We enjoy our stay here most years while we are in town. This year, we ended up in a room that had issues with the wall near the AC unit - it seemed to be maybe leaking or had previously leaked and the wall was damaged from that. The pool is always great and being on the water is a perk. This year the on site laundry wasn’t great, machines were out of order leaving one working washer and dryer for large groups in town for a baseball tournament."

"The room was clean when I arrived, the air conditioner was quite. Housekeeping were very polite. Now what I didn't like was I had informed a staff person at the front desk about an exit door near room 137 where I stayed for five nights. The door would make a loud sound when people are coming and going, it was very annoying, how ever the staff didn't try to make my stay. pleasant. I just know in when I come to visit again I will be staying at another hotel hotel in the area."

"Negatives: This sounds like it was outdated for decades and then instead of renovating, someone bought it in a cheap price and tried to use it as it is. The AC was extremely noisy. The toilet fixtures have rusty, the coffee maker was very dirty and not usable, the fitness center AC was off and locked, from 4 tools in fitness center, 3 of them were broken and one worked partially. The breakfast room was humid without a window. The receptionist did not explain the breakfast time. They expected...

"The Quality Inn offered convenient access to restaurants, a Tesla Supercharger, and interstate access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property and rooms were extremely well-maintained. While the Quality Inn offered breakfast, they did not have gluten-free choices. For the convenience of location, I would definitely stay at this Quality Inn again."

"This property is very run down and does not look like the photos. The room we were given had a hole out of the shower tub, the toilet seat was worn and looked about 20 years old. The amount of chemical smell in the room was enough to overwhelm your senses. The hotel says that it is non smoking, however the hallways stink of smoke. We immediately left the room and requested a refund. Will never stay here again."

"The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly. The big disappointment was the pool, it was one of the reasons i booked this hotel as I wanted to lounge by the pool on my day of arrival which is why I paid the early check in fee. Only to find that the pool was GREEN. It was disgusting, so I couldnt swim in it. :("

"Everything was top-tier. We loved the room and how spacious it was. Our biggest thing was staying somewhere with a pool - preferably indoor - for our girls. Even though it was outdoors, the pool was located in the right spot for the sun to shine on it and warm the water to not be freezing cold but just right to jump right in. The breakfast was good. The only downside for us was the mattresses were very firm and the pillows were extremely soft. My husband stacked three pillows together but still...

"It was a very clean, quiet room. GREAT bed! I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast but it looked like there was a nice variety. The Check in girl was so sweet. And the girl at the desk when I checked out was sweet, too. The only thing - both mornings I woke up to the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I kept thinking it was coming from the room below me but when I left I noticed there were cigarette butts in the handicap parking place next to mine - along with dog poop. I think the smell was...
