"The location - the hotel is in the basement w/o any view and operates under another name. Consider asking for a code to enter the yard. Very clean, seems to be either new or renovated. A room for three people is quite a narrow option, but still manageable. The property has an aircon, but feels airless. Yet, the service is great and it was a pleasant stay for us."

"The noise from the trains across the road at the port occasionally woke me up at night but minor. No lift access to any of the floors. Also no reception at the building so had to arrange a time to be there to meet the person. "This is a wonderful place to stay, the apartment is very cozy, clean and warm, big enough for 3 people and very beautiful. "This is probably the best appartment/hotel is Odessa. Super cool space, great host, everything is just flawless. I stayed at other places but this one beats everything. The combo of price vs location/size is unbeatable. Super light, modern, big appartment. The living room is big enought to host a party/dinner for 8-10 people.
