"Upon arrival main entrance outside lights are flooding with bees scary all around to get into the check in area. I did checked in late night I asked about why there are so many bees on the light outside and I been told by receptionist it's not in our control. after I checked in my room we found wo many bees in my room no 67 1st floor it was very late checked in I have told that we are sold out no rooms are available. we are very frustrated with room conditions. its scary to stay. "We found out after we arrived that the pool was not working order because the pumps were gone. Apparently someone took them in the transition between being sold to a new owner so that was a bummer cause it was a beautiful weekend to swim tomorrow."

"Everything was fantastic, we appreciated the pool as we traveled with a child and yes the water was warm. Outside they have lounge chairs if you like to tan, a grill, and a firepit. Breakfast is not included but it is very good. If I ever travel to Ithaca again I will definitely be booking here"

"Breakfast room was very small, my chair at my table was at the front door and half on the tile by of the lobby. There were no spoons for breakfast..only knives and forks…how does one eat oatmeal, cereal, etc.? There was no staff member to ask for a spoon either. Breakfast space was too small to accommodate guests."

"The room had disgusting giant stain on the floor/carpet. I only mentioned it to them so they dont take my deposit, maid service only comes once every 3 days. My wife had to talk me out off asking for another room. The bathroom was missing body washing so when I went downstairs to mention the giant stain on the carpet I also told them about the body wash situation and they gave me sample size tubes, I came to the lobby to get coffee and there was no coffee. "We had a pleasant stay. The front desk staff was very helpful. We'll be staying here again next month."

"The view off the lake from our room was beautiful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the property was pretty dated, as others have stated before and it was pretty isolated. The winery on-site was convenient but the staff there was not as accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but would not go back."

"We did not like that our first morning my 3 year old grand daughter used the bathroom to urinate and the toilet wouldn't flush. Feces come up the toilet wjich wss not my 3 year year olds and would not flush again they had to call maintenance to come up. We went out that morning and returned that evening to a dirty room.
