( Es geht auch anders wenn ich nur mit meinem Namen einchecken kann ) Die Dusche hat Gefälle zur falschen Seite , das Wasser ist in den Wohnraum gelaufen. Es gibt keine deutsche Beschriftung, selbst der Notausgang war nicht in deutsch gekennzeichnet. Schade ……"

"This service apartment is perfectly stay for our family. It’s easy access to check in all interesting places & right next to shopping center in downtown. We will finally choose this place for our next trip to come back to Frankfurt."

"The rooms were gorgeous and it’s in a really beautiful location with lots of great dining a couple streets away. We were there on a Saturday night and excited we could eat well and people watch but then go somewhere quiet to sleep. Not a big lounge or sitting area outside of the apartment. The reception is small and breakfast area small. But the suites are lovely so you don’t really need that."

"Room was ok. But I never received a email with a code to enter the place . When I did get inside( caught the door as someone exited), the person at the desk just pointed to the computer to check in. Since I didn’t receive a code via email I wasn’t able to check in via the computer."
