We loved the custom touches, like scheduling our house keeping service, ice delivery on demand, and even getting us a digital scale so we could keep an eye on our holiday calories! "The staff were friendly. My room was large with a balcony. Everything was clean. The room was super cold upon arrival and it took some time to heat and maintain a comfortable temperature. Valet parking was $55 and an incidental fee of $75."

Here’s the con and it’s not a big deal but cost world problem hah! Bathroom stink cold water water pressure was a little weak and so was the toilet flush. "Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean. If you have dogs or cats they do except. Just bring your items need for your pet. Everyday my family was there. The staff was friendly and helpful. One thing to ask for is the overflow parking pass when you check-in. They only have a small underground parking and once they are full. You have to go to that overflow garage anyway so ask to be setup with that so it saves you the headache. The hotel was conveniently located by restaurants, gym, Publix and...

"The person that checked us in was so very nice. We were only there for one night and did not get to enjoy any amenities, but the hotel is very clean updated and the bed is really comfortable. Plus the shower is actually fully enclosed which seems like a rare find these days. "
