"Property was under renovation and a mess. Breakfast was awful and not up to par. Shuttle from airport was awful… took over an hour to pickup and it’s only 6 miles from airport, van was filthy and no seatbelts. Rooms were great however."

"Overall, everything was lovely, but the breakfast was more "grab and go" than a sit-down buffet-type.
If you have mobility issues -- the toilet-height was more child-height.
If you need a taller commode, ask for accessibility room.
We were there overnight, so I didn't bring my elevated seat.
These were are only "bad" comments.
We stayed there overnight on the way to St. Augustine and back home again.
Very clean, smelled clean and fresh, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi was good, staff very nice. ...

"Loved our stay and always do. We have stayed several times at a Drury and are never disappointed. This one in Gainesville is no exception. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and everyone is helpful and professional. Food is good. Clean amenities, rooms and the rooms always smell fresh and clean. To note : bring your own trash bags for the small trash cans. They don’t have them anymore. But perfect stay and move it!"

"The location felt unsafe, this is not a family friendly area. Sketchy motel next door, homelessness and I wouldn't be surprised if there was night walkers. I was definitely worried about my car and we did not leave the hotel for safety.
The staff at the front desk were very nice. Unfortunately, whoever they hire for cleaning is just robbing them. We moved rooms and the second was no better. Dried up vomit in the waste bin in the room, which a cleaning staff member just ignored. Hair on the...
