"We booked a king bed and got two queen beds that you could feel every spring in. The shower water sprayed everywhere. No hair dryer and the room smelled. The check in guy was very nice and friendly. The check out lady was not friendly at all!"

"Property was under renovations but it didn’t bother anything. My room was next to the ice machine which was very loud and I got a wake up call at 4 am that I didn’t ask for. Other than that was a quick stay and location to airport is easy. "

Although it is actually a non-smoking room, it was listed as a smoking room at the time of booking. I contacted both the Expedia customers center and the hotel, but the issue was not corrected. 2. "The front desk day staff were very helpful and quite friendly. The night crew was a bit confused when i checked in , processed a wrong charge which needed to be refunded. It was. The breakfast staff were quick to refill items. And the dining area was clean and comfortable. This property had a renovation recently and all the faucets in the bathroom were loose and moved freely. Those should have never passed inspection"

"Great location if you want to be near the airport, took 10 mins to get from the hotel to the terminals. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Only negative was that the pool area was closed for repairs but this was not noted in the description when we made the reservation."

"Very clean, beds were comfortable pool was closed, receptionist told us the airport shuttle didn't run before 7am. When we were leaving at 5:15 am there was a shuttle with a driver waiting for people to come down at 5:15am. "

"Property was slightly dated but kept clean. Pool area was great. Staff was amazing, especially Sylvia at the front desk. Food was good, coffee hot! Good location and easy highway access. I’ve stayed in downtown Savannah and loved the walking distance to attractions but loved the ease of parking here and access to food, shopping, etc. "
