"I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"Security staff was friendly. Pool is free and inclusive but shower at the pool area does not have water. Toilet is stinky and dirty. There is a nice view of Manila bay, but the smell of Manila bay from the pool is really nasty. The unit was advertise as exclusive but has barely any kitchen wares. The only pot and 1 wok is very dirty. Floors were very greasy. The unit is dusty. The 2 bedrooms were advertized with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, but it was just 1 queen, 1 double and no sofa bed. "The procedures and policies are over strict. Checkin was confusing as Concierge and security did not know procedure for 3rd party bookings. As a senior I was frequently harassed for sitting on a PWD seat. My pinoy family members were treated as visitors not staying guests. They were forced to surrendered their ID, then questioned anytime near entrance. A porter refused to assist us with our luggage. We were not made welcome and will not ever book there again."

"Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...
