"The stay was overall decent, but a couple things stood out. The breakfast was not great and felt quite limited compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. It didn’t feel very fresh and there weren’t many good options. Also, EV charging is available but costs $0.46, which was a bit disappointing since many other hotels typically offer this for free, whereas nearby chargers were $0.24/kwh, It would have been a nice perk to charge at the hotel especially for EV drivers."

"Overall great experience, lovely staff, clean room , breakfast was included which was a great perk. Only suggestion would be to have the indoor pool warm. It was very cold . "

There was moderate sound transfer between floors—footsteps and movement from above were occasionally audible but not overly disruptive. However, the noise coming through the bathroom was significantly more concerning. Plumbing sounds from adjacent rooms carried very clearly, often loud enough to interrupt sleep or relaxation. "I always stay at the Coast Capri Hotel whenever I’m in Kelowna, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, with easy access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. It’s just an easy, reliable place to stay every time. It may not be ultra-modern, but it’s well maintained and great value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will...

"I really like this hotel. The lobby bar is not great but the free Keurig coffee machine more than makes up for it. It is a nice hotel with ample parking and close to some great restaurants and of course the Casino is within walking distance. "
