"Staff are very courteous, polite and helpful. Unfortunately the place is a little run down and in my opinion not very clean. Upon check in, the garbage bins by the entrance were full as garbage was oozing out, also the garbage by the ice machine on the 1st floor, it still was not clean the next day. The garbage by the ice machine was still there 2 days after I checked out. I had a pet room(136), the carpet was really stain and smelled! The shower faucet was a battle just to shut off, mickey mouse plumbing job. For the price and if you don't plan on staying too long, you can tolerate it. It really needs an upgrade and you can see it. It needs to be cleaner as well."
